Recently celebrating its 105th birthday, API (Australian Pharmaceutical Industries) is a health and beauty company in Australia providing pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution and retailing. API is Australia's largest wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical and allied products with almost 600 pharmacy outlets, including the Priceline and Soul Pattinson Chemist brands, plus a further 750 pharmacies supporting its members program.

For two years Campbell and Partners have been successfully managing and maintaining Finnegan’s MFD fleet whilst additionally providing an enhanced scanning and security solution to support their operations.
K&L Gates
One of the world’s most well regarded global law firms with more than 1750 lawyers employed worldwide and ranked 46th highest grossing law firm on The Gobal 200 for 2019 (Law.com 2019; https://www.law.com/law-firm-profile/?id=174&name=K%26L-Gates) CPC have had a long standing relationship with K&L Gates for over 12 years. Initially engaged by Middleton’s to service its pre-existing four law offices in Australia, our engagement expanded and continues with the amalgamation with K&L Gates and their network of 48 offices worldwide.
As of 2019 CPC have completely upgraded K&L Gates global operation to a Complete Print Solution incorporating significant consolidation of single function print devices to a platform of multi-functionality incorporating enterprise based mobility, security and redundancy with advanced reporting and analytics and supported by dedicated account management.
Ogletree Deakins
Ogletree Deakins, with more than 850 lawyers in 53 offices across the United States, and also Canada, Mexico and Europe, works daily with employers in connection with their labor, employment and workplace litigation needs.
CPC has been supporting Ogletree Deakins successfully for over 18 months deploying a ‘Complete Print Solution’ that encompasses an embedded scanning solution and additional layers of security whist increasing end user satisfaction, productivity and cost efficiency.
UniSuper
With over 400,000 members and $80 billion in net funds under management, UniSuper is one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds.
In 2015 UniSuper engaged Campbell and Partners to provide a ‘Complete Print Solution’ for their national head office and all state and territory branches. CPC were able to tailor a flexible solution, taking into consideration the pre-existing financial and contractual commitments for UniSuper’s incumbent print structure, whilst ensuring through a staggered deployment that the organisation could immediately begin to take advantage of the benefits provided by our more efficient and cost-effective ‘Complete Print Solution’. Due to the success of the initial deployments UniSuper has additionally engaged CPC to provide solutions for its university campus-based retail outlets, and to deploy an enhanced secure print solution for all its national offices and outlets.
Nufarm
One of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of seeds and crop protection solutions, Nufarm is the dependable global partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories, working in partnership with agronomists, industry stakeholders and side by side with farmers to increase their crop yields and productivity.
Nufarm engaged Campbell and Partners in November 2017 to evaluate existing contractual arrangements for their head office (Melbourne) as well as their largest international hubs and this engagement was subsequently extended to the management of their entire print category. That evolved into a ‘Complete Print Solution’ with a global technology platform which is being deployed location by location from April 2018 and proceeding as incumbent legacy agreements mature.
Beaumont Tiles
From a single store in Adelaide, today Beaumont Tiles has become an iconic national tile company with over 110 outlets catering to everyday Australians, commercial operators and trades people as well as customised offerings for high-end designers.
Beaumont Tiles engaged Campbell and Partners in July 2017 to evaluate existing contractual arrangements, identify inefficiencies, design a ‘best fit’ solution and to navigate a way forward with a new vendor. This engagement evolved into a ‘Complete Print Solution’ with an enterprise wide device management platform for their head office (Adelaide) and state distribution centres (Brisbane, Sydney,Melbourne).
Marc Jacobs
The Marc Jacobs fashion house operates 280 stores and employs 1,300 staff in 60 countries and is a longstanding brand in the illustrious LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) Group. Marc was the artistic director at Louis Vuitton for 16 years from 1997 to 2013.
Marc Jacobs engaged Campbell and Partners to implement a ‘Complete Print Solution’ resulting in a 50% reduction in devices and a significant reduction in print costs whilst increasing office efficiency and employee productivity. CPC has enjoyed a long-term partnership with LVMH – Marc Jacobs and continues to add significant value to their organization by providing tailored printing solutions to meet their demanding needs in today’s increasingly dynamic and discerning luxury-brand market.
ASG Group
For over two decades ASG has been providing businesses with innovative, high quality, and cost-effective IT services, from business strategy and advisory, through to infrastructure and managed services.
ASG offer their customers a genuine alternative in the IT Services landscape through their ability to provide a complete digital transformation service. Campbell and Partners deployed a ‘Complete Print Solution’ for ASG, comprising mobile/guest printing and a specialized scanning platform across 9 offices in Australia.
LFLM (Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP)
LFL&M is a top 50 California law firm and the largest law firm specializing in the defense of California workers’ compensation claims with eleven offices statewide.
Campbell and Partners were engaged to identify inefficiencies in cost and productivity in the firms print structure and to provide a better way forward. CPC deployed a managed ‘Complete Print Solution’ to all eleven offices, reducing the firm’s print fleet size and wastage whilst streamlining print output and increasing user efficiency.
Cranbrook School
Founded in 1918, Cranbrook is a distinguished Anglican independent day and boarding school for boys, Pre-school to Year 12 in Sydney, Australia. Cranbrook operates four campuses catering to approximately 1300 students.
Cranbrook had a considerable number of under-utilised print devices, basic print functionality and performance when it engaged CPC to identify cost inefficiencies, consolidate, modernise and optimise its fleet. CPC achieved the following results for Cranbrook –
- 20% reduction in print device fleet.
- Consolidation of print device variation from 23 different models to only 6.
- Reduction in print consumable variation from 59 product types to just 21.
- Network wide print fleet management and control, detailed reporting and analytics.
- Average printer speed/productivity increase from an average 30 ppm to 45 ppm for both colour and b&w.
- Increased functionality including document capture, standardised interface, ‘Follow You’ print release, mobile device print, interactive workflows.
